Welcome to TechSynq Digital Service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, products, support, and digital solutions.   • AI-assisted website and automation solutions

Services may evolve or change over time.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business
  • Information provided to us is accurate and current
3. Pricing, Billing & Payments

Fixed Pricing

TechSynq provides fixed-price proposals — not estimates or ranges. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and priced separately before proceeding.

Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with services provided. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payments are due according to invoice terms
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • Certain services may require upfront deposits

Non-Payment

Failure to make payment may result in:

  • Suspension of support
  • Website downtime
  • Service termination
  • Domain or hosting interruption where applicable
4. Domain Services

When managing or registering domains on behalf of clients:

  • Domain ownership ultimately depends on registrar records
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information
  • Renewal reminders may be provided but renewal responsibility remains with the client unless managed under an active agreement

TechSynq is not liable for expired domains due to missed renewals or inaccurate client contact information.

5. Website Development

Project Scope

Website projects are completed based on agreed deliverables and timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

  • Required content
  • Branding materials
  • Timely approvals
  • Necessary access credentials

Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.

Third-Party Platforms

Some projects may use third-party software, themes, plugins, APIs, or hosting providers. TechSynq is not responsible for outages, licensing changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

6. Managed IT & Support Services

TechSynq may provide remote or on-site access to systems for:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Maintenance
  • Monitoring
  • Security updates
  • Administrative support

Clients authorize TechSynq to perform reasonable technical actions necessary to provide requested services.

While we aim to minimize risks, clients acknowledge that IT systems can experience downtime, hardware failure, security incidents, data corruption, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Data & Backups

Unless explicitly included in a written service agreement:

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining independent backups
  • TechSynq is not liable for data loss

Where backup services are included, backups are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be considered guaranteed disaster recovery solutions.

8. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use TechSynq services for:

  • Illegal activity
  • Malware distribution
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Spam or phishing
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Harmful or abusive content

We reserve the right to suspend services that violate acceptable use standards.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their provided content and branding
  • TechSynq retains ownership of proprietary systems, code frameworks, methodologies, and internal tools

Completed custom work may remain subject to licensing terms where applicable.

10. AI-Assisted Services

Some services may involve AI-assisted tools or automation systems. Clients acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require human review
  • Outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies
  • Final approval responsibility remains with the client
11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechSynq shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Cybersecurity incidents caused by third parties
  • Downtime from external providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, software failures, or internet disruptions may occasionally affect service availability.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed notice periods. Upon termination:

  • Outstanding invoices remain payable
  • Certain services may immediately cease
  • Access to managed systems may be revoked
  • Data retention may be limited
14. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and processed as described in that policy.

15. Changes to Terms

TechSynq may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TechSynq operates, unless otherwise required by law.
